Exchanges Policy

We will accept sizing exchanges of our swimwear only provided the following conditions are met:

That the item is in its original condition with all tags, including hygiene label, intact.

Returns must be made within 7 days of receipt. 

Exchange Shipping Costs

The cost of returning the item to exchage for a different size is not covered by us and will not be reimbursed but we will pay for the return of the new size to you.  If you choose to send back to us without a signature being needed or insurance and we do not receive your package there is little we can do.

Can I return a part of the set?

If you want to exchange an item for a different size then we only need the item you want to exchange.

How do I organise the return and where do I send it to?

Please email us exchange@zwimzuit.com and we will help you get things moving, including letting you have the address of where to send your item.

What happens if there is a fault or the item is damaged?

If you have an issue with damage or a fault on your bikini then please email customercare@zwimzuit.com as soon as possible and our friendly staff will be pleased to help.


We do not issue refunds for returns but are happy to exchange for a different size.
